If you prefer a private or customised workshop, AICRO can discuss a session tailored to your organisation. Pricing is quoted in AUD excluding GST and depends on topic, duration, participant numbers, customisation and delivery format. Applicable GST is added to the final quote.

Group registration questions

How many participants are required?

Three or more participants registering for the same scheduled AICRO workshop.

How are group discounts calculated?

The discount is applied to that workshop's individual fee, based on the total number of participants in your group.

Can participants come from different departments or faculties?

Yes. Participants may come from different departments, faculties or research teams.

Can participants come from different organisations?

Yes, where appropriate. Identify the participating organisations in the form.

Do I need all participant names now?

No. You may submit your request first and provide the participant list later.

What happens after I generate a tax invoice?

Your registration is recorded for the selected workshop and session. The Dashboard shows your invoice and payment status; an unpaid invoice is not a payment receipt.

What if we have 41 or more participants?

Contact AICRO to discuss group registration or a customised organisation workshop. No automatic estimate is shown for groups of 41 or more.

Can AICRO deliver a private workshop?

Yes. AICRO can discuss a customised workshop for your organisation, with pricing scoped to its requirements.
